The calculator below will give a rough indication of fees to licence an image for commercial use. The guide does not show any discounts that may be available.

NOTES:

* Use of the image(s) on company, production and social media sites (eg. Facebook, Myspace, Bebo etc.) is included in the print media licence fee.

** Third party web use is where a fee has been paid to guarantee publication on a 3rd party website.


Licence duration

The duration of the commercial licence is for the duration of the run of the production/cast. Re-licensing after the original licence expires is 50% of the above rates for commercial use. The images maybe used after the licence expires for editorial use only.

 

Exclusivity

The client has exclusive use of the images for the duration of the licence plus one year although I retain the right to use the images for promotion of my work.
