Editorial Use - Production, Publicity and Rehearsal Images

Usage rights are granted upon full payment for use in the following:

(i) Internal Use - The right to use the pictures only within a company for non-commercial purposes; publication in a free in-house magazine or newsletter not normally available to the public; exhibition within the Client's premises; editorial use in the Client's intranet site; editorial / archival use on the Client's internet site.

(ii) PR / Press Use - The right to supply third parties so as to reproduce the pictures in print or electronic media in an editorial context where no fee has been paid to guarantee publication.

(iii) The right to use the images for non-commercial educational use.

Commercial Use - Posters, Flyers,Adverts and Merchandise

Usage rights are granted upon full payment for use in the following:

The right to use the pictures once for the media use, territory and time period agreed on the invoice.

Personal Use

Usage rights are granted upon full payment for use in the following:

The right to use the pictures on personal websites, social networking websites, (e.g.. MySpace / Facebook / Bebo) casting websites (e.g. CastingCallPro, Spotlight, CastNet, UKScreen etc.) and portfolios only if directly involved with the production. (e.g. Cast, Creative and Technical Teams)
